Update:
I just had an officer come to my house saying the county had a noise complaint, specifically that there was construction, according to the responding officer.
I stated that it was not construction that it was the chopping of kindling inside my home. That the noise complaint was about wood being chopped in the woods. I should have added, but did not that even if it was construction that the complaint was about construction within a developed area, which is also frivolous.
From what I have looked up, there are no noise ordnance within the county of Del Norte.
Moreoever, I pointed out to the officer that the noise complaint would have to be Scott sneaking around in the dark. to even hear. There are no neighbors other than him and his trailer is more than new enough to muffle the minor sound of making kindling inside the house.
Yesterday, Scott was being very aggressive with free range turkeys that had wondered into the outskirts of his very large yard. While doing such that got him close to my front door. While in the vivacity, he took it upon his self to call me , bitch, cunt, threaten me, and aggressively stand and stare with what some persons would call a voodoo practice of the evil eye. I do not know what the evil eye is called in native american.
The week prior Scott was observed being aggressive with a machete to my dog. When I spoke up he raised the machete above his head and shook it while saying, "I will kill your dog and you. " I did call the police. They took over a half hour to respond. Before responding I received a call from an officer or commander stating and introducing the conversation by stating I had requested that he call. I pointedly told this officer that I was female and that my neighbor had welded an machete toward me while threatening me. An officer did finally respond. He seemed to be afraid to address the machete welding Scott, either that or some other reason he focused on the dog a instead of the weapons.
This is very concerning because 2 people have stated that scott has assaulted them. Both times the county has stated that there was not enough evidence .
I thought I had recorded the event however, my phone cam only got 17 seconds of the event:
The next day I had a dead turkey in my yard.
His behavior patterns are unacceptable.
