Scott encounter.

I went out to take Greenbean to use the bathroom. Scott threw a rock at Greenbean while Greenbean was defecating, interrupting Greenbean's defecation. Scot then yelled, "Keep that dog off my property." Greenbean was not across the fence line. I retorted, "He is not on your property. (meaning across the fence Scott created) And it is not your property. I will be inspecting the property soon." He retorted, "No you will not! You see that sign right there! That says no trespassing. Trespassers will be shot!"  He then came aggressively toward me restating his concern for my dog while punching the air with his finger.
I again pointed out that it ws not his property.
He stormed off.
Female could be heard laughing from the left side of the property. I could not see, nor locate the female.
After they finished their temper tantrum and the laughter quit, I did observe persons looking out the large window in the back of the trailer.

I have been having Greenbean defecate  in locations that I suspect Scott passes when sneaking on to Kim's main property.  

I third person has stated that they suspect him of meth use and that his behavior is consistent with being high on meth.

I will research documenting . However, I suspect other HLS issues are at play.
