This research file has proven to be more complex than expected
On Friday, September 26, 2014 I stopped by the Sheriff's Office. I spoke with a Sgt Griffin. I had stopped in to make an appointment with a mid-level administrator of the department to collaborate with the department following the standard community policing practice given by the DoJ here

The conversation was at best competitive. Griffin expressed a concern that I would imitate the local police departments. We lso got into a "pissing match" over who could build a faster website, after he snubbed my card.
I had put off occupying the property until I could speak with the department.
I am not going to disclose most of Sgt. Griffin's and I conversation. I do plan to broach the subject of community policing cooperation again with the department
The file was opened today because for a second time Joseph Scott fired an air rifle toward me.
The first time was when I began the utilizing the property. I walked my dog down to take a poo. Another dog that belongs to my clients child followed along. This dog was unleashed.
Scott went to great effort to climb down off of his roof and go into a building obtain a gun and shoot at the dog while saying get off my property. However, the dog was not on his property and was not headed in that direction.
Then today, 9/30/2014 Scott was on his porch when I was walking to the property. Scott waited until I was walking back, then walked behind me in an intimidating fashion and went into the converted boxcar then pumped his air riffle and shot it.
By the way he leaned over his railing and stared at me when I was walking up gave the suggestive appearance and feeling that the firing of the weapon was intended to disturb my peace.
